ArtBuild Resource Centre API and MCP server

What you get

• Only published records, the same ones shown on the Resource Centre pages. Drafts, records under review, accounts, companies and projects are never reachable.
• Each official record carries its government source URL, its publisher and the date ArtBuild last checked the source. A source that is past its re-check date, or that an automated check flagged, is never reported as currently verified.
• Each ArtBuild template or guide states its review status. "Owner-authorised publication" means it was published on the site owner's authorisation after ArtBuild's editorial review, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
• Search answers in English or French and tells you how well the records match: results, uncertain (only part of the question matched) or no_results (ArtBuild has no verified answer). Each result quotes the exact sentence it matched.
• The records are general information, not legal advice. Official legislation and forms belong to the government that publishes them; always rely on the official source.

MCP server

URL: https://artbuildcorporation.com/mcp. Transport: Streamable HTTP (JSON responses, no sessions). No sign-in is needed, because only public records are served.

Limits, privacy and terms

• Rate limits per IP address: 120 requests a minute for the JSON API and 300 a minute for the MCP server, with short bursts allowed. Above that the server answers HTTP 429; wait and retry.
• There are no accounts, API keys or cookies. Like every request to this site, API and MCP requests are recorded in the web server's access logs (IP address, time, address requested and user agent), which are kept for 14 days. Search questions are not stored anywhere else.
• Terms for reusing the API are being prepared and reviewed. Until they are published, the site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply. Do not present ArtBuild material as legal advice or as reviewed by a lawyer.
