The service
ArtBuild OS (https://artbuildcorporation.com) is operated by ARTBUILD DESIGN & RENOVATION CORP. ("ArtBuild"). Contact: info@artbuildcorporation.com.
ArtBuild OS is a construction operating system connecting property owners, contractors, professionals and suppliers through a marketplace, tenders, estimates, procurement and a partner directory. Being listed in the partner directory is not a verification; a partner is shown as Business Verified only after ArtBuild approves that partner's verification request.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit -- including listings, tenders, RFQs, contact details, messages and documents. Content you choose to make public (a listing, a tender, a public profile) is visible to anyone, including people without an account.
Business records
Records created through the platform -- projects, estimates, invoices, payments, tenders, bids, RFQs, quotes and reviews -- form part of the platform's operating and financial history. They are retained even after an account is erased, with personal identity replaced by a neutral placeholder, to preserve the integrity of that history for every party involved.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store a reference to your Stripe session, never your raw card or bank details.
AI-assisted features
Some features use AI (Anthropic) to generate suggestions -- for example, matching candidates or drafting a starting-point estimate. These outputs are assistive drafts for you to review and edit, not final, verified, or professionally certified results.
Prohibited use
Do not use the platform to submit fraudulent listings or tenders, to harass other users, to attempt to bypass authorization or security controls, or to misuse another person's personal information.
Account termination and erasure
You may erase your own account at any time from Privacy & Data. We may suspend or disable an account that violates these terms. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what erasure does and does not remove.
