What this workbook is for

Reconcile the deposit against work and materials.

How to use it

  1. Download the Excel workbook and save a copy for each project.
  2. Type only in the amber cells; grey cells calculate automatically. Formulas are protected so they cannot be overwritten by accident.
  3. On a phone, scroll sideways to see every column; nothing is frozen, so the whole screen is yours.
  4. Use the example sheet to see how a completed row looks; it uses fictional figures.

Enter reviewed charges and cleared money movements once. The candidate refund is arithmetic, not legal approval.
