Assign actions from verified facts
Use this plan to coordinate accounting, project management and professional review. Give each action an owner and an operational target date. A target date does not replace a statutory or contractual deadline.
- Project and account reference
- Plan owner and review date
- Ledger balance and reconciliation date
- Disputed amount and retained holdback
- Customer contact and last response
- Immediate unresolved risk or missing fact
| Action | Owner | Target date | Evidence of completion |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reconcile invoices, credits and receipts | [enter] | [enter] | [ledger version] |
| Collect missing contract and delivery proof | [enter] | [enter] | [file IDs] |
| Request itemized dispute reasons | [enter] | [enter] | [request and response] |
| Arrange jurisdiction/deadline review | [enter] | [enter] | [reviewer confirmation] |
| Send checked payment request | [enter] | [enter] | [final letter and delivery] |
If an urgent legal date is uncertain, escalate that task immediately rather than placing it behind routine collection calls. If insolvency is suspected, document the basis and use the bankruptcy status verification workflow before describing the customer as bankrupt.
Monitor responses and choose the next step
| Response or event | Operational follow-up |
|---|---|
| Payment received | Confirm bank receipt and allocation; issue an updated statement. |
| Partial payment with conditions | Record the terms; obtain advice before accepting a release or settlement. |
| Specific work dispute | Collect the relevant scope, inspection and pricing evidence; assign a response. |
| No response | Check delivery and contact details; obtain advice about available next steps. |
| New notice or proceeding | Save the complete document and delivery evidence; request prompt review. |
| Contact date | Person / channel | Outcome | Next owner / date |
|---|

No automatic suspension, lien registration, court filing or settlement authority is created by this plan.
