What this workbook is for
Track commitments to subcontractors and how they are closed out.
How to use it
- Download the Excel workbook and save a copy for each project.
- Type only in the amber cells; grey cells calculate automatically. Formulas are protected so they cannot be overwritten by accident.
- On a phone, scroll sideways to see every column; nothing is frozen, so the whole screen is yours.
- Use the example sheet to see how a completed row looks; it uses fictional figures.
Record remaining exposure after completed trade work is valued elsewhere. Commitments are not automatically client liabilities.
