Fictional issue: an email says stop the kitchen work, while a separate bathroom scope remains scheduled. Record both scopes and obtain clarification; do not treat the entire agreement as terminated automatically.
- Competing interpretation
- Confirmed notice or refund dates and source
- Authorized next action and limits
- Facts that require renewed review
No default legal period, liquidated damages amount or entitlement is supplied. Legal application remains unapproved.
