What this workbook is for

List every change with its status, value and approval evidence.

How to use it

  1. Download the Excel workbook and save a copy for each project.
  2. Type only in the amber cells; grey cells calculate automatically. Formulas are protected so they cannot be overwritten by accident.
  3. On a phone, scroll sideways to see every column; nothing is frozen, so the whole screen is yours.
  4. Use the example sheet to see how a completed row looks; it uses fictional figures.

Requested and approved values are ex tax; ledger uses gross invoices less credits and paid. Never add stages together.
